Comprehensive & Affordable!
Whether your utility is large or small, AquaHawk and UtilityHawk are affordably priced to meet your budgetary requirements. This Web-based solution is delivered using the hosted or "Software-as-a-Service" (SaaS) model. Utilities do not need to purchase or install any hardware or software. The system is managed with a standard Web browser and an Internet connection.
We don't lock you into long term contracts. You can end the service with 30 days notice so the onus is on AmCoBi to continually earn your business.
AmCoBi charges a one-time setup fee that includes:
- Configuring the portal
- Integrating usage data (from the metering system) and accounts data (from the accounting/billing system)
- Product training.
The monthly fee:
- Is based on the number of endpoints/meters managed in the system
- Includes third tier support for utility employees via phone or e-mail.
AquaHawk/UtilityHawk Standard - For utilities using smart meter or fixed-base AMI systems.
AquaHawk/UtilityHawk Express - For utilities that collect 30/60 day reads using manual, handheld or mobile AMR systems.
